Lakeport State Park is a public recreation area on the shores of Lake Huron in St. Clair County, Michigan. The state park consists of two units on either side of the community of Lakeport within Burtchville Township. Two campgrounds, beachfront, and camp store are on the north side, and a picnic area and beachfront are on the south side. [2]
Lake Hudson State Recreation Area is a public recreation area located within southwestern Lenawee County in the U.S. state of Michigan. Coldwater Lake State Park is an undeveloped public recreation area occupying 400 acres (160 ha) on the south shore of Coldwater Lake, ten miles (16 km) south of the city of Coldwater in Branch County, Michigan. The Buffalo Ridge Trail is a 1.5-mile (2.4 km) trail on Traverse City's west side, in Garfield Township. Completed in 2012, the trail connects the former Traverse City State Hospital and Mall Trail to infrastructure along Silver Lake Road, including a Meijer store, a YMCA, and Traverse City West Middle School.
