Bad news: I think it won't happen soon as if they make gpt-4 free, it will increase cost by a LOT and most of paid users pay $ 20 for gpt 4 and don't have as much use of the others, except maybe browse with bing. Use claude 2 by anthropic instead of GPT3.5, use bard's image recognition instead of GPT-4 vision.
It's only $20. It might also be worth checking out Bing, which also uses gpt-4 It's more restrictive and has a lower token limit but it's free. I think so. To control the flow I often use (verbal) code-like loops with conditions, and GPT-4 follows this algorithm perfectly while GPT-3.5 is floundering.
