Karnataka Sangeeta Nritya Academy is a performing arts organization in Bengaluru, India that is sponsored by the Department of Kannada and Culture in the Karnataka government. It was previously known as Karnataka Sangeetha Nataka Akademi. [1] [2] The academy promotes dance, drama and music within the culture of Karnataka.

Pandit Ganapati Bhat was Member of Karnataka Sangeet Nritya Academy, Karnataka Government, from 1995 to 1998. [citation needed] He was member of the HRD Music Expert Committee, Government of India, New Delhi, from 2001 to 2003.

[6] [7] He also compiled the "Namma Sugama Sangeetha Kalavidaru" and "Namma Nritya Kalavidaru" for the same organization.
