The Quebec Bantam Football League (QBFL) is composed of amateur Canadian Football varsity teams playing in the Greater Montreal Region. The players are aged between 14 and 15 years old. Teams compete in late-summer and fall in an 8-game regular season leading up to a playoff tournament.
The Quebec City Monarks (French: Monarks de Québec) are the Quebec City Canadian football team in the Ligue de Football Majeur du Quebec (English: Quebec Major Football League). They have won the regular season league championship as well as the Silver Cup in 2005, 2006, and 2007 since joining the league in 2003. [1]
