I'd never looked into uptodate.com, so I thought I'd check it by looking at its coverage of the epidemiology of autism, an area I've worked on in Wikipedia. Uptodate.com's first sentence on the subject is "The prevalence of ASD in the United States and other countries has increased since the 1970s and particularly since the late 1990s".
