Charles James Faulkner (July 6, 1806 – November 1, 1884) was a politician, planter, and lawyer from Berkeley County, Virginia (since 1863, West Virginia) who served in both houses of the Virginia General Assembly and as a U.S. Congressman.
Faulkner was a distinguished graduate from the Amphibious Warfare School in Quantico, Virginia in 1990. From 1990-1992, he served with Brigade Service Support Group 4 as Assistant S-3 Operations Officer, participating in Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm.
