The International Airports Authority of India successfully completed the construction of Hulhule Airport, which was formally inaugurated, on 11 November 1981, under a new name of "Malé International Airport". Kaadedhdhoo Airport (IATA: KDM, ICAO: VRMT) is a domestic airport on the island of Kaadedhdhoo in Gaafu Dhaalu (South Huvadhu) atoll, Maldives. [1] [2] The airport is located 3.7 kilometres (2.0 NM) south of Thinadhoo. [1] It was opened on 10 December 1993, by President Maumoon Abdul Gayoom.
