Cotton County is a county located in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.As of the 2020 census, the population was 5,527. [1] Its county seat is Walters. [2] When Oklahoma achieved statehood in 1907, the area which is now Cotton County fell within the boundaries of Comanche County. [3]

The building and structures are characterized by multistory industrial buildings of mostly brick construction. Dan River Mill No. 8 is a four-story, reinforced concrete building constructed in the 1920s.
