MBC Digital 3 is a Mauritian free-to-air television channel owned by the Mauritius Broadcasting Corporation, which is the national state broadcaster. The channel was launched in March 1996. [ 1 ] Its programming consists of news and cultural TV programmes.
It broadcasts sports programming, including live telecast of football matches (along with its sister channel MBC 3) and horse racing, as well as health programs. On 3 April 2023, the channel was rebranded as MBC 11 as part of the rebranding of all MBC channels reorganized under names from MBC 1 to MBC 17.

The Alliance Lepep secured 47 out of the 62 elected seats in the National Assembly, while the Alliance Ptr–MMM won 13, and the remaining two elected seats went to the Organisation du Peuple Rodriguais (OPR), according to official results. General elections were held in Mauritius on 7 November 2019. The result was a victory for the Mauritian Alliance, a coalition of the Militant Socialist Movement (MSM), Muvman Liberater, Alan Ganoo Movement and Plateforme Militante, which won 42 of the 70 seats.
