The section headings in the article start at the second level (==Heading 2==), with subsections at the third level (===Heading 3===), and so on. The automatically generated TOC is great - it provides order in a document. For a large document it would be good to be able to reflect the automatically generated TOC numbers in the actual section titles appearing within the document eg (within the body) 5.1.2 network neutrality.
