In 1.20 and below you could not do the commands /kick, /ban, /pardon, /op, /deop, or any others like that in a command block. To bypass that, people would do /execute as (@e) run op (Player) Recently I tried to do this but it came with no results or output.
I play in single player at the moment. I wanted to see how cheats worked so I created a new Creative world (this is in 1.7.2) with cheats enabled. "Cheats" only really apply in a game that isn't as sanboxy as this. Look in the modding section on how to use the programs available to edit the environment and grant you blocks/health. Bedrock Add-ons Achievements. Add-ons were just added to consoles and one of them was the gravestone one, I wanted to add it to my main world but I'm unsure if it will disable achievements or enable cheats.
