I am able to log into the game, and online accounts and the new authenticator works just as it is supposed to. However, when I try to log into the app, it takes me to a screen and asks for an authenticator code. It does not pop up the notification to approve the log in.
Try detaching your Authenticator and reattaching it. Uninstall the Battle.net Mobile App, restart your phone, then reinstall the Battle.net Mobile App. Clear the Battle.net Mobile App's Data and Cache from your device's app manager, restart the app, and try again.

If so, and you don’t have the option to open the Authenticator on the Battle.net App, it might be trying to connect to the old version of the Authenticator App. That was retired on the 5th of this month.
