The claim that IIITB gets applicants from IITs and NITs is tagged as "verification needed." As a faculty member of IIITB, I know of at least one case where a BTech student from some IIT had applied (he got in easily, but did not join). I don't know about NIT applicants, but am not watching the applicant lists either. Will this help?
