Langlade is a town in Langlade County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 473 at the 2010 census. [3] The unincorporated communities of Choate, Freeman, Lily, and Pickerel are located within the town. The township is served by the Town of Langlade Fire Department, and Pickerel Rescue Squad for ambulance services.
Pickerel is 19 miles (31 km) northeast of Antigo, the county seat of Langlade County. Pickerel has a post office with ZIP code 54465. [ 3 ] The Pickerel Volunteer Fire Department is located northwest of town on County Road T, and serves the town of Ainsworth , and part of the town of Nashville in Forest County .
