The 2022 All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship final was a hurling match that was played at Croke Park on 12 February 2022 to determine the winners of the 2021-22 All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship, the 51st season of the All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship, a tournament organised by the Gaelic Athletic Association for the champion clubs of the four provinces of Ireland.
The All-Ireland final was played on 12 February 2022 at Croke Park in Dublin, between Ballygunner of Waterford and Ballyhale Shamrocks of Kilkenny, in what was their first ever meeting in a final. Ballygunner won the match by 2-17 to 1-19 to claim their first ever All-Ireland title. [5] [6]
Pauric Mahony (born 11 May 1992) is an Irish hurler who plays for Waterford Senior Championship club Ballygunner and was previously the captain of the Waterford senior hurling team before announcing his retirement from inter-county hurling in 2023.
