Copy in the new versions. Now you can launch Creative Cloud.app and the Fonts panel should load. Additional Information: The first time I attempted to copy the 2x older versions of ACCFinderBundleLoader.app and Core Sync.app, the Finder indicated that they were STILL not compatible. Still down for me. I know we're all probably aware of this site, but if you aren't and you're in a pinch like me -- [moderator removed a link] is still working.
I tried the following without help: 1) Logout and log back in with rebooting at various points. 2) Cloud Create -> "Repair". 3) Cloud Create -> "Uninstall" which wouldn't work saying I still had adobe products that needed it. I delete all Adobe products including any cached directories but still no good.
To add some things: [1] You need the font files for Helvetica Neue. [2] The InDesign application can also see and access font files that are stored in InDesign's application's Fonts folder. [3] An individual document can see and access font files in a Document fonts folder that is positioned in the same folder the document is also positioned.
Send them a link to the font on Adobe Fonts. You didn't say which application (s) you are using. I've tried accessing both previously used and newly installed fonts, to no avail. I followed the troubleshooting instructions in this post, including: Temporarily deactivating, and then reactiviting, all Adobe fonts. Signing out of Creative Cloud (and all apps) and then signing back in. Shutting down my whole computer and restarting.
