Zdenka Samish (Hebrew: זדנקה סמיש, also spelled Samisch) (March 13, 1904 – March 8, 2008) [1] was a Czech-Israeli food technology researcher. One of the first agricultural researchers in Mandatory Palestine and then Israel , she studied methods for industrial processing of fruits and vegetables, canning , and food infestation.
