My experience is that TMC is a good company and has treated me very fairly. The pay is average within the industry and the equiptment is top notch. If there is a problem with your equiptment it will be fixed. TMC will not allow an unsafe truck on the road. I hope this helps anyone considering TMC.

TMC trucks are governed to 65 mph, unless you are very bad then you get turned down to 60 mph for a month. TMC requires you to keep your trailer hooked up when you are parked. Too many trailers have been stolen to allow you to just leave your trailer somewhere while you bobtail home.
