The Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) is an American non-profit parapsychological [1] research institute. Arnaud Delorme is a university professor at Paul Sabatier University in Toulouse, [1] an adjunct faculty member at the Swartz Center for Computational Neuroscience at University of California, San Diego, [2] a consulting research scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences. [3]
