El Segundo High School. El Segundo High School, or ESHS, is a four-year public high school located in El Segundo, California. It is the only secondary school incorporated by El Segundo Unified School District. [3] First built in 1927, [4] the school campus contains 5 main buildings built from a brick facade.
On November 22, 1925, the El Segundo High School District was formed and El Segundo withdrew from the Inglewood Union district. [3] In 1979, El Segundo Junior High School was closed due to low enrollment and the National Football League Los Angeles Raiders occupied the building, using it as their headquarters from 1982 until 1996.
