Ok, Search for "Edge settings in IE 11" in your Start Menu Search. This will open another tab over your original buggy message. Then you should be able to access the history and cache cleaning via the Microsoft Edge Settings. When all the browsing history will be cleared your Microsoft Edge browser will open normally.

Thanks, I do that. I still get no history. I have checked the delete/clear functions, privacy, etc. It's all set to provide browsing history however I get no history. History works fine in Chrome with Windows 10 however not with Edge.
