The other issue is the text baseline alignment. The svg-to-png converter apparently assumes a top of the text alignment where CorelDraw and Firefox are using a baseline alignment. That means the svg-to-png rendered text is below what I see in CorelDraw and Firefox.
The "bad letter-alignment on small font-size" in the help text at the top of this page is misleading I think, because it implies you can fix the issue as the svg creator. The problem has nothing to do with the declared font size in the svg file, rather it's the font size wikimedia uses when rendering to a low resolution.
When a SVG hosted either on Wikipedia or at Commons is displayed on a Wikipedia page, what you are seeing is a PNG rendition of thae original SVG. PNG files do not contain text.
