Flossmoor (/ ˈ f l ɒ s m ɔːr /) is a village in Cook County, Illinois, United States. The population was 9,704 at the 2020 census. [ 3 ] Flossmoor is approximately 24 miles (39 km) south of the Chicago Loop .
