Farm to Market Road 2934 (FM 2934) is located in Denton County. FM 2934 begins at an intersection with FM 423 in Little Elm. Between FM 423 and Legacy Drive, the highway passes by many newer subdivisions in northern Frisco. FM 2934 then runs near a shopping center before ending at the Dallas North Tollway.
Farm to Market Road 2499 (FM 2499) runs from SH 121/SH 26 in Grapevine, near the north entrance of DFW Airport, to I-35E in Denton. FM 2499 begins at an interchange with SH 121/SH 26 near Grapevine Mills, just north of DFW Airport. The highway runs about a mile east of Lake Grapevine, before entering the city of Flower Mound.
The road was extended westward to FM 128 at Pecan Gap On February 28, 1945, [142] and on February 21, 1946, the section from 4.5 miles (7.2 km) west of Cooper to Pecan Gap was designated as a state highway, SH 247, to be marked for information and guidance of the traveling public as a Farm to Market Road.
Farm to Market Road 268 (FM 268) is located in Childress and Hardeman counties in northern Texas. FM 268 begins at an intersection with US 287 in the town of Childress. The highway runs through the town along NE 3rd Street and leaves the town near Fair Park. FM 268 runs in a northeast direction before turning to the east near FM 2530.
The current designation of FM 407 has existed since May 23, 1951; the original routing was solely in Denton County, from FM 156 in Justin westward 2.6 mi (4.2 km). The route was extended to the Wise County line on August 20, 1952, and into Wise County to an intersection with US 81 on October 29, 1953.
FM 423 was first designated on July 2, 1945. Its original routing was from Lewisville to the former Lake Dallas dam along what was then SH 24.Upon completion of the Lewisville Dam and the creation of Lewisville Lake in 1955, the route's alignment was shifted to the east, connecting FM 720 (itself an older alignment of SH 24) to SH 121. Farm to Market Road 3532 (FM 3532) is a designated truck bypass route on the east side of Kermit, running approximately 1.1 miles (1.8 km) along CR 313, from SH 115 southeastward to SH 302. [55] FM 3532 was designated on October 28, 1999, along the current route. The proposed deletion of the route was deferred on October 30, 2003. [56]
