Joseph Patrick Teasdale (March 29, 1936 – May 8, 2014) was an American politician. A Democrat, he served as the 48th Governor of Missouri from 1977 to 1981. Teasdale was formerly a prosecutor for Jackson County, Missouri.
Keys was born in Hutchinson, Kansas, the daughter of Clara Krey and S.T. Ludwig. [1] Keys graduated from Paseo High School in Kansas City, Missouri, in 1945.She attended Olivet College from 1946 to 1947 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Missouri–Kansas City in 1951.
