Red Hook Harbor St. Thomas, Subdistricts, towns, and CDPs. Red Hook is a suburban and port census-designated place (CDP) located on the east side of Saint Thomas in the East End subdistrict. [2] It is the least populated town or CDP in the Virgin Islands with a population of 225 according to the 2020 Census.
