Please check the email and respond to it for further assistance. I want to cancel my free trial as well, and I don´t find where cancel the automatic charge. It said it would send me a reminder, but that did not happen. I have an avg antivirus and avg tune up free trial that isnt shown on my subscriptions i want to know how to cancel it.

Hello Jade, If the AVG Internet Security 30 days trial expires, the program will be downgraded to the AVG Antivirus free version which gives basic protection without AVG Firewall.
It seems as though the free edition is now a 30 day trial. This isn't the expected behaviour of AVG Antivirus Free. We'll certainly look into this and help you. Please share us the screenshot of the notification stating that your AVG Antivirus will expire in 30 days, so that we can check and assist you further.
In order to complete the update, you need to reboot the computer. You have to activate the AVG Trial subscription manually in order to get the full protection. Unless you activate the program, you will get the prompt saying "Your trial has expired".
Open AVG AntiVirus FREE and go to ☰ Menu My Subscription. On the My Subscriptions screen, click Upgrade now next to AVG AntiVirus FREE.
