Quad City Arts' Festival of Trees is more than 20 years old and includes a Macy-style helium balloon parade. Knoxville, Tennessee, USA area 120,000 square feet (11,000 m 2) first held in 1986. The Riverboat Development Authority, the agency responsible for distributing some of the taxes collected from Rhythm City, allocated $1.3 million.
Money raised through the event supports the Zanesville-Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce.
