The 2023–24 Morehead State Eagles men's basketball team represented Morehead State University in the 2023–24 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Eagles, led by seventh-year head coach Preston Spradlin, played their home games at Ellis Johnson Arena in Morehead, Kentucky as members of the Ohio Valley Conference (OVC).
The Eagles are the lone charter member of the OVC that still currently competes in the conference. Morehead State has made nine NCAA Tournament appearances, with the most recent coming during the 2023–24 season. MSU has won a total of 17 OVC Championship, with 11 regular season titles and six OVC Tournament championships.
The 2023–24 NCAA Division I men's basketball season began on November 6, 2023. The regular season ended on March 17, 2024, with the 2024 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament beginning with the First Four on March 19 and ending with the championship game at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, on April 8.
The Eagles finished the 2023–24 season 26–9, 14–4 in OVC play, to finish in a three-way tie for first place.
