Transformers/Back to the Future is a four-issue crossover comic miniseries from IDW Publishing that debuted in October 2020. The series is a crossover event to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Transformers franchise by Hasbro and the Back to the Future films by Universal Pictures.
As part of the Transformers Collaborative series, Hasbro released in 2019 a toy figure based on the character Ectotron, which is also based on the Ecto-1 vehicle. On March 28, 2013, producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura announced that he is open to doing a crossover film between the Transformers and G.I. Joe film series (Paramount Pictures and MGM). [9] On June 23, di Bonaventura stated that a crossover was not likely to happen, [ 10 ] but on July 9, he reassured there would still be a possibility. [ 11 ]
