Kingsland is a city in Camden County, Georgia, United States. The population was 18,337 at the 2020 census , up from 15,946 at the 2010 census. It is the principal city of the Kingsland, Georgia Micropolitan Statistical Area .

St. Marys is a city in Camden County, Georgia, United States, located on the southern border of Camden County on the St. Marys River in the state's Low Country. It had a population of 18,256 at the 2020 census, up from 17,121 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Kingsland, Georgia Micropolitan Statistical Area.
It is the 11th-largest county in the state of Georgia by area, and the 41st-largest by population. [3] [4] Camden County comprises the Kingsland, Georgia Micropolitan Statistical Area (μSA), formerly known as the St. Marys, Georgia μSA, which is included in the Jacksonville—Kingsland—Palatka, Florida–Georgia Combined Statistical Area. In 2009, the school was named a Center of Distinction by the State of Georgia's licensing division, making it a model day care facility for other schools. [2] That same year, the school purchased 11.7 acres (47,000 m 2 ) in St. Marys to be developed as a private school with the preschool to remain at King of Peace Church.
Georgia has a statute making it difficult to remove Confederate monuments because it is unlawful to damage, relocate or remove any memorials honoring any military personnel of the state or USA or the Confederate States of America. [2] As of 24 June 2020, there are at least 201 public spaces with Confederate monuments in Georgia. [3]
