Hutto Independent School District is a public school district based in Hutto, Texas, United States.It is one of the fastest growing districts in Texas. [citation needed]In addition to Williamson County, [1] it covers parts of Travis County.
In 2019, Hutto ISD voters approved a $194 million bond for school district improvements, which included $60.8 million for Hutto High School. Of that $60.8 million, $15.86 million were allocated for stadium renovations. Before the renovations, the stadium had a capacity of 4,700 with two concession stands and two restroom facilities.
Hutto was established in 1855 when the International-Great Northern Railroad passed through land owned by John Hutto (1824–1914), for whom the community is named. Railroad officials designated the stop Hutto Station. James Hutto was born in Alabama on June 8, 1824; he came to Texas in 1847 and moved his family to Williamson County in 1855.

The Austin Community College District (ACC) is a public community college system serving the Austin, Texas, metropolitan area and surrounding Central Texas communities. The college maintains numerous campuses, centers, and distance learning options to serve about 100,000 students in academic, continuing education and adult education programs.
In 1994, the school opened a LAUSD magnet school with emphasis in math, science and technology in conjunction with the California State University, Northridge. In 2003, the Los Angeles Board of Education voted to allow the school to become a charter, making it the largest school in the United States to convert to a charter school. [14]
The school opened on September 10, 2004 with 614 students in grades 9 and 10 [2] and currently serves approximately 916 students in grades 9-12. [3] Before the school opened, LAUSD referred to the school as Valley New High School #1. The school relieved overcrowding at Monroe, Cleveland High School, and Granada Hills Charter High School. [2]
