Sea Cottage (1962–1987) was a Champion South African bred racehorse. [1] He was the first equine athlete inductee into the South African Hall Of Fame in 2019, [2] and was a Champion in each year that he raced (1964-1967). He was foaled at the Birch Brothers Vogel Vlei Stud in Dordrecht, South Africa. [3]

Variety Club (foaled 8 September 2008) is a South African Thoroughbred racehorse. Racing in his native country, the horse won numerous major races including the Cape Guineas, the Queen's Plate and two editions of the Rising Sun Gold Challenge. He was voted South African Horse of the Year in both 2012 and 2013.
