The other thing that I was wondering was possible was having two appointments at the same time on the same day with different patients show up. Right now, when two events with the same and time are entered, only the first is reflected on the Daily Schedule Sheet. Is there a way around this or is it not going to be possible to do with this template?
The Daily Schedule is showing what events there are, from Event Scheduler, and whatever date you enter in rows 13, 15 and 17 will pick that day and show everything there is. On the Event Scheduler you just input your dates, times and events (columns E, F and G), entering them on the first empty row.
Using this method, the dates will change automatically every time you open the template, reflecting the current week. However, this also means that you will not be able to see the previous or future weeks unless you change the date in cell A1 manually. I hope this helps you customize the Excel Weekly schedule planner template to suit your needs.
I had the same trouble but I figured it out. You just need to drag the box to add fields in the Event Scheduler and then enter the information into the fields and hit "Enter". If you don't hit enter it wont populate on the Daily Schedule. If you forget and go to the daily schedule and go back and hit enter it wont work either.
I have been working with the Daily Schedule and Student Schedule templates provided in Excel but have not had any luck getting the results I need. I would like to use the Daily Schedule as the main template but would like to be able to have the information pull in the same way it does on the Student Schedule.

Now it’s focusing on the template, all the formulas are calculated based on the name of the weekday, so we can just change the name order and it won’t affect any default formal.
These are different workbooks, in that case, the data would not automatically populate into the class schedule. If you want to check the data in Class Schedule, you have to copy the data to that sheet. However, you can check the schedule in Class List sheet directly. Click the Sort icon: Choose Sort by Color-> Custom Sort:
I was trying to create new classes in my Class List and match those onto the Class Schedule. But the schedule did not display what I added on. I added two classes EPH 608 and EPH 600 (Please see the fist screenshot below) in the Class List. They did not show up in the schedule (Please see the second screenshot below). How could I fix this?
