Sanders if my favorite all time NFL player. Not hard as a Detroiter. Problem is that on a goal line play you wanted Billy Sims or Smith or Payton. Same on 4th and a yard and a half. Sander's offense was more similar to that or a receiver than a back.

Sack Avoidance: QBR penalizes QBs for taking sacks, which are often considered a QB's fault unless they are unavoidable due to poor offensive line play. So it's not necessarily an easy comparison between games.

Panini has an exclusive license with the NFL players association. It’s not atypical in that most major sports enter exclusivity., and I’m pretty sure NFL was the last to do so. NBA (Panini), MLB (Topps), NHL (Upper Deck) and MLS (Topps) all exclusive or recently were. There can be fluctuation when licenses expire.

  6. Has An NFL Head Coach Ever Been Ejected? — Collectors Universe

Football NFL refs are generally less visually-challenged than are MLB umps. Thus, there is less cause to express anger at third-party non-players in FB. NFL coaches have been fined lots of times, but no specific incident comes to mind right now. Some college coaches are psychotic ego-maniacal control

Look Marion Motley up sometime, played for the Browns with Otto Graham, a 238 pound punishing back, he also played linebacker and was a great blocker. He was probably the best all around football player in the league during his time, and one of the greatest ever period. Career average of 5.7 per carry.

I would take a long career and a HOF over a world championship 100 times out of 100. Would probably have better financial security for myself and family from a long career over a short one, and would have better endorsement and future financial opportunities from appearance fees.

For the first time in 15 years, you can get decent yields in MMFs and short-term bond funds. Spreads are still tight, that's true. And I do agree that stocks will lag going forward (certainly the S&P 493). But 60/40 will protect you and generate OK returns, if not world-beating returns.
