Hello everyone. Thought I would give a short opinion on my install and result of the kryptonite UCA's for anyone considering them. First of all, ordering from DMAXSTORE was great and shipping was fast as always. I ordered uca's, lower ball joints, the large hub socket, and I already had bought the moog tierod factory replacements.
Thanks for your reply. I do have tire rod sleeves already installed. You make a good point on the ease of swapping out an easily available part vs the Kryptonite ones needing to be shipped back, especially since this truck only see's pulling my 5th wheel, cruising around town, and the occasional logging roads (which is likely the roughest conditions for it).
I think I’m most concerned about Upper Balljoint (UBJ) brand used and method of replacement. Cognito and Kryptonite have the neat bolt-on style UBJ and Kryptonite offers a lifetime warranty on those. 😎 But are they up to snuff? SuspensionMaxx uses a pressed-in MOOG variety. I’ve read mixed reviews on MOOG’s modern-day quality.

Anyone running Kryptonite suspension parts on their rig? I have a 2010 GMC Sierra 1500 Z71 that is in need of new shocks and uppers. The Kryptonite stuff is tough looking and backed by a no questions asked warranty. The price is right too around 1600 bucks. A search yielded negative results.
