Santa Rita is a planned community and census-designated place (CDP) in Williamson County, Texas, United States.It was first listed as a CDP during the 2020 census.It sits on 3,100-acres [4] It is in the western part of the county, 11 miles (18 km) west of Georgetown, the county seat, and 6 miles (10 km) northeast of Liberty Hill.
