The Union County Vocational-Technical Schools (UCVTS) are a grouping of schools on the Union County Vocational Technical Schools Campus in Scotch Plains, in the U.S. state of New Jersey, which offers educational programs for students across Union County, eight at the high school level for students in ninth through twelfth grades and one at the adult education level. Admission is very competitive, with approximately 3-6 students selected each year from every town in Union County.
Plans to open what would later become the Union County Vocational-Technical Schools Campus were announced in early 1966, as the new home for the Union County Vocational-Technical Institute. A 42-acre site along Raritan Road in Scotch Plains was chosen to construct three buildings, at a cost of $3.75 million.
