Farm first settled in 1830 by Joseph Williamson and family in the small community of Liberty just east of Granville. Historic home built in 1850 by Andrew Jackson Vantrease. Samuel Sampson Carver purchased property in 1890, operating a saw mill, blacksmith shop, and general store in addition to his agricultural uses.
Beechwood Hall was the manor house of one of the three largest plantations in Williamson, prior to the American Civil War. It had more than 1,000 acres (400 ha) in area, and had many enslaved people laboring on it. The mansion's original owners were Sophronia Hunter Mayberry and Henry George Washington Mayberry.

The Henry H. Mayberry House, also known as "Riverview", is a private home in Franklin, Tennessee located on Franklin Pike just north of the Harpeth River Bridge. Built in 1902 in Neo-Classical or Classical Revival architecture, it is one of the notable residences of the 1900-1935 period in Williamson County .
