The Chateau Theatre was one of Rochester's first air-conditioned buildings, presenting plays, concerts, operas, silent and later talking movies, and vaudeville. In 1940, 25 cents' admission provided audiences three acts of music/magic/juggling, newsreels, comedy, and a main show.
The organization was established in 1926 as the Olmsted County Historical Society. Their mission was to collect and safeguard historical artifacts, documents, and stories of Olmsted County. The fledgling organization initially operated out of the Rochester Public Library basement, opening its first museum space in 1940. [2]

Pill Hill is a National Register of Historic Places district southwest of downtown Rochester, Minnesota. The neighborhood encompasses many old houses built on a limestone bluff for staff of the nearby Mayo Clinic, which led to the name. The boundaries of Pill Hill are roughly 3rd and 9th Streets and 7th and 10th Avenues Southwest.

In 2015, the band's third release, Days of Yesteryear, was produced by Rob Campanella in his Echo Park studio. [8] In 2018, the band released The Great Unknown, produced by Kyle Mullarky at his studio in Topanga Canyon, California and at Lolipop Records' new studio/compound in East Los Angeles. [9]

In 1895, the Rochester Public Library was officially established, led by local attorney Burt W. Eaton. A local library society was confirmed by the city council on April 29, 1895. The library was first set up in the City Hall building, and by the end of that year it contained 10,744 volumes (according to its first-ever Annual Report).
