Ultraman Nexus was part of Tsuburaya Productions' Ultra N Project, an experiment in 2004 to re-invent Ultraman for a new generation of fans. Ultraman (ウルトラマン, Urutoraman) [6] is a superhero who debuted in the pilot episode to his 1966 TV series of the same name, entitled "Ultraman".He is the first tokusatsu hero launched by the Ultra Series and by extension, Tsuburaya Productions.
While first appeared in episode 39 of Ultraman, according to the Blu-Ray release of the series, this Zetton is the same breed from episode 13 of Ultraman Max due to its barrier being "drill-shaped", namely Zetton Shutter (ゼットンシャッター, Zetton Shattā).
