Cicero is a town in northern Onondaga County, New York, United States.As of the 2020 Census, the population was 31,435. The name of the town was assigned by a clerk interested in the classics, honoring Cicero, a Roman statesman.
The restaurant was founded in 1922 by Adolph Klas, who was born in Plzeň and moved to the United States at age 26. [1] [2] [4] Adolph Klas had previously worked at the Edgewater Beach Hotel, the Blackstone Hotel, and the Drake Hotel. [2] The restaurant was redecorated in 1934, featuring the artwork of Mary Adamec and Albert Rohls. [2]
