Die down there with at least 2 inventories of half anglerfish, half food that heals 9+. Bring Monks Robes, 1 Ppot, anglerfish + food, 3 recoils. Pro melee after every hit, heal to 13. Then just get your 1 dmg in on Spirit before it is killed by recoil. Recommend air strike, max of 2.
The Lost City as a Skiller. As the title says, how does one do The Lost City quest as a skiller. I tried with a friend where I do one hitpoint of damage to the spirit with a bow and arrows and then the friend recoils it to death but that seemed to not have worked. We have tried a few other methods that have also not worked.
It is possible to have someone else weaken the tree spirit by indirectly damaging the tree spirit with a ring of recoil. The player doing the quest must deal at least 1 damage at any point during the fight for the kill to be counted. From OSRS Wiki.
The XP you get from family crest is significantly reduced to about 1/10 beyond the xp from casting the spell. The way that I've done it on an iron skiller was: Do clues and open them at the dungeon for an axe. Get an alt in the dungeon and craft blowpipe, serp helm, and bronze darts inside. Spawn spirit on skiller, hit 1 to venom it with alt, wait for spirit to regen before venom hits, do 1 damage with skiller from safe spot.

I did lost city on a 60 attack 1 str 1 def 1 pray 1 mage 1 range account. i needed 3 recoils and 100k worth of sara brews, was probably a similair tactic to how this guy did it. Next up Shilo Village! I remember doing that on one of my skillers years ago. People were always impressed when they saw me fishing there.
It’s “limited” because you have to fight the spirit on Entrana, you can bring any weapons or armor to that island. Justice for 117. Yes you will be fine with those stats. The tree spirit is best fought with magic as you are unable to bring any weapons and armour you don't make directly on the island. Runes are allowed.
