Hello, my Win 11 laptop every time I restart since today, has been stuck on the continuous loop of "Updates are underway" and I left it on for about an hour before manaully holding the power button down, and starting it again, after I do that it lets me back onto the laptop, however If I restart it again, same problem.

It does ask if I want the updates but to be honest I don't really know if I need them. I never got them on my other computer. These are not Windows updates which go in themselves.
