The White Hart Hotel in Braintree dates back as far as the 14th Century in its current guise, and was placed at the crossroad of two Roman roads that form the centre of Braintree town and Bocking. It was a coaching inn that ran services to Sudbury and Norwich daily, up until the arrival of the railway in 1848.

The White Hart Inn is a hotel in Hawes, a town in North Yorkshire, in England. The inn claims 16th-century origins, [ 1 ] but the current building is a principally 18th-century coaching inn . [ 2 ] By the 1820s, it was one of two coaching inns in the town, with carriers to Askrigg , Halifax , Kendal and Richmond . [ 3 ]
