A dust storm, also called a sandstorm, is a meteorological phenomenon common in arid and semi-arid regions. [1] Dust storms arise when a gust front or other strong wind blows loose sand and dirt from a dry surface. Fine particles are transported by saltation and suspension, a process that moves soil from one place and deposits it in another.

Chicago State University (CSU) is a predominantly black (PBI) public university in Chicago, Illinois, United States. It includes an honors program for undergraduates and offers bachelor's and master's degrees in the arts and sciences. CSU was founded in 1867 as the Cook County Normal School, an innovative teachers college.

Watterson Towers is a student residence hall at Illinois State University, and is said by the university to be one of the tallest dormitory buildings in the world [1] at 298.5 feet. Located in Normal, Illinois , at the corner of Fell and Beaufort Streets, it was completed in 1969.
