Hillary Jeanne Scholten (/ ˈ s k oʊ l t ən / SKOHL-tən; born February 22, 1982) [1] [2] is an American attorney and politician serving as the U.S. representative from Michigan's 3rd congressional district since 2023.

Scholten was an attorney for the Michigan Immigrant Rights Center before running for the 3rd Congressional District seat once held by Gerald Ford.
