The CDP extends east to the Lake County/Flathead County line, which runs along the crest of the Swan Range. The northern edge of the CDP follows Groom Creek, while the southern edge follows Bond Creek. Elevations range from 3,066 feet (935 m) on Swan Lake to 7,218 feet (2,200 m) at the summit of Con Kelly Mountain in the Swan Range.
