It's not my style, I prefer to take pictures right away when I see a scene that I like. It's expensive too, I think.
I have the arsenal pro 2 on my d5500 and I love it for hand held action shots. I shoot flatland BMX which can be extremely challenging with poor lighting and very fast action combined with getting the right angles without getting hit by the spinning bikes... But my photography has taken a impressive upswing in pic quality from the Arsenal 2 pro.
