The territory of the Northern Mariana Islands has an affiliated area but not an official NPS unit.
The NPS has used seven regions for administration since 1995. The Passport to Your National Parks program, run by Eastern National, uses the nine in existence when the program started in 1986. Shouldn't there be a mention as to the fact the passport book map contains regions different from the "regions" link?
